公共利益披露

The 公共利益披露 Act 2003 (PID Act) facilitates the disclosure of public interest information and provides protection for those making disclosures and those who are the subject of disclosures. The PID Act provides a system for the matters disclosed to be investigated and for appropriate action to be taken.

默多克的 公共利益披露 Policy (also known as "whistle-blowing" policy) and 公共利益披露 Procedure ensures that the University meets its commitments under the PID Act and provides a framework for making disclosures under the Act, ensuring the investigation of such disclosures, and providing protection for persons making disclosures from reprisals.

Disclosures under the PID policy can be made to a 公共利益披露 Officer (PID Officer) of the University, or other proper authorities as detailed in the policy.
